Before you go

  • Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
  • Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Been awhile since I went to a non franchise boba joint - they tend to be a hit or miss -but this one was a homerun. Somewhat complicated order of lychee slushie, strawberry smoothie, Vietnam coffee and chai milk tea or various boba, jelly and sugar ice levels. All delivered timely and on point. I love the fresh fruit how they have a handful of specialty & custom options too - like halo halo and captain crunch. (Always great to support filipino roots!) They also sell a variety of cute merchandise, and even gave our kids complimentary elephant stuffies. Homemade, but cute nonetheless. Very on theme with so many of the trendy stores at the mall.

Always ordered from this place without issue and loved it until today and never will again. Literally got a drink with METAL SHAVINGS IN THE DAMN THING. Drank 3/4 of the drink until i noticed while chewing the Boba that a twisted metal shaving showed itself. Really makes you question things, not happy at all.

Ordered the Taro Milk Tea. It was okay. I wasn’t overly impressed. The tapioca pearls were a little on the overly firm side and not the freshest, and the Taro Milk Tea had a pretty strong after taste... Wasn’t bad though. Service was also quick!

Jelly Ball was the first Boba drink that was introduced to as a kid. β€œWith pearl” .. always! So I remember when Jelly Ball used to be on the second floor near the escalators. When I would go to the mall with my friends, my mom used to request that I would bring her one back. A taro shake with pearls. I started getting into the habit and buying them for myself too lol. I go back and forth from taro to mango. The straws are fun for the boba and the drinks are always made fast. Back in the day, they had cool drawings on them. I never wanted to puncture them lol. Over 15 years later, it’s still one of the best for boba.

We ordered halo halo with tapioca, buko pandan, taro with almond, Thai tea with tapioca, and mango with tapioca. All were good except the buko pandan tasting watery instead of flavorful.
